All right. I think we can get started. Hi, everyone, my name is Hugo and I'm product manager for ServiceNow Impact. I know we had this call scheduled for a full hour. I don't think it's going to last that long. But please feel free to interrupt me throughout my presentation. You can type in your questions in the chat, whichever format you prefer, I want it to be interactive.

And I'll start off by presenting a couple of slides on ServiceNow Impact to kind of give you the full story behind the products, why we created it, which sorts of pain points it addresses for customers, and then I will spend most of my time on demoing the products.

So ServiceNow Impact is a product that we launched in January of 2022. So almost 2 years ago. We've seen very strong adoption so far. We have about 1,600 paid Impact customers. So we're getting pretty close to a quarter of the ServiceNow customer base. We've done all this within 2 years. So showing once again the strong interest that Impact has been receiving from ServiceNow customers.
