We saw the CBD announcement last week by the Department of Commerce. And maybe you can talk a lot about -- there's a big debate going on about this NOLA premium. And that premium has swung from a deep discount last year and that premium has started to erode.
And so talk about kind of what you think about that right now? And how do you see that playing out over the next 6 to 12 months?
