This year, for the first time, we are holding our meeting virtually. In light of the public health concerns and restrictions resulting from the coronavirus outbreak, the Board decided a virtual-only meeting would best allow us to protect the health, safety and welfare of our associates, directors and shareholders while ensuring our shareholders have an opportunity to participate in this important annual event.
