So it's my pleasure to welcome Invesco's CEO, Marty Flanagan. Invesco is a diversified global asset manager with $1.5 trillion in assets under management, has put up an impressive string of significantly positive organic growth. I think probably the most consistently high of all the public asset managers, even the perennial winner of BlackRock. But the environment has obviously become a little bit more -- a little less constructive, and I'm sure we'll get into that today. So thanks for coming, Marty.
