Thank you, and good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. My name is Rick Wagoner, and I'm the Chair of the Board of Directors of Invesco Limited. It's my sincere pleasure on behalf of Invesco to extend to you a warm welcome and to express our appreciation to you for attending our 2021 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
