Thanks, Neil, and most of all, thanks to you and your firm support of our company and interest in our company. And I think your talk with Jeff and Arjun was outstanding and sort of framing the challenges that are ahead and the need for duration. Duration and resource growth, duration and cash flow growth and that more investments needed in the industry. And obviously, we invested through the cycle and are benefiting from that today.
