All right. Let's get started a little earlier here. We've got HCA here. So I'm Scott Fidel, I'm the health care services analyst with Stephens. Thanks, everyone, for joining us. I know we're getting to the tail end of a long 3 days. So we're really delighted to save some of the best for last year. And clearly, one of the key local companies here in Nashville. So joining us today, we've got HCA for our next session. HCA is the largest for-profit operator of acute care hospitals in the country. HCA has 182 hospitals, and the company also operates an extensive network of 2,400 sites of care from their ambulatory network. In 2021, HCA oversaw nearly 36 million patient encounters last year.
