Good morning, everybody. Welcome. We're really pleased to have you here at Goldman Sachs today. Three years ago, we stood on this stage and did our first ever Investor Day. At the time, we laid out a clear comprehensive strategy for us to strengthen and grow the firm. We talked about investment in our core business. We talked about 3 -- 4 opportunities that we saw to grow our business, Asset Management, Wealth Management, Transaction Banking and also Consumer Banking. And we said we would run the firm more efficiently. We also laid out targets to create metrics so that we could be held accountable and create more transparency for investors.
Today is just another step in our journey. And I'm excited to have our leadership team here to talk to you today. I'm excited that after I step off stage, John Waldron, my partner and colleague, will talk to you about the state of our franchise, and our franchise is strong.
