Good morning. On behalf of Enphase Energy's Board of Directors, its officers and employees, I'm very happy to welcome you to the Enphase Energy's 2020 Annual Stockholders' Meeting. The meeting will now officially come to order. The time is 11:00 a.m. Pacific on Wednesday, May 20, 2020, and the polls are now open for voting on all matters to be presented.

This year due to various restrictions in place and the precautions we are taking to help promote the wellbeing and safety of others in order to help combat the COVID-19 pandemic, we are holding our Annual Stockholders' Meeting virtually. We also believe that hosting our meeting online will allow us to reach a greater number of shareholders because they can participate from any location and will still have the ability
