Our first presenter today is Dow President and CFO, Howard Ungerleider. Many of you know, Howard, he joined Dow in 1990 and his career has spanned a wide variety of commercial and business roles. He was appointed CFO of DowDuPont in 2016 and played a pivotal role in successfully formation of -- successful formation of 3 companies out of that.
