Thank you. Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. Welcome to Dollar General's 2020 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. I'm Todd Vasos, CEO, and I'll serve as Chairman of this meeting, which I now call to order. Traditionally, our Annual Shareholder Meeting is held in a public forum in Goodlettsville, Tennessee. However, as a result of health and safety concerns arising from COVID-19 pandemic and following both federal and state guidelines designed to slow the spread of the virus, we made the decision to hold this year's meeting virtually.
