Listen, I think many of you know the story quite well. I took over the company 3 years ago, a great company, growth DNA, a company that maybe had slightly gone off the boil, trying to get it repositioned. The strategy, I think it's clear, at least in my mind, is quite simple: expose the company to higher growth categories, by scaling internationally, by scaling massively into digital and, frankly, showing up differently by selling solutioning and delivering client outcomes and evolving away from being a provider of resources.
