Good morning, everyone, and welcome to the call. Joining me this morning is CFO, Anthony Neilson.

I'm delighted to announce this morning that Santos has signed an agreement to acquire ConocoPhillips' business in Northern Australia. Santos has enjoyed a long-established relationship with Conoco, which is operating a Northern Australian natural gas assets for many years. And Santos is a founding partner with Conoco and Darwin LNG, which has been operating since 2006. Conoco continues to do an excellent job running these assets and progressing the Barossa gas project towards FID early next year.
