Thank you. Good morning, everyone. Welcome to the 2020 Annual Meeting of Stockholders of Celanese Corporation. I am Lori Ryerkerk, Chief Executive Officer and President and a member of the Board of Directors, and I will be presiding over this virtual meeting.
