Thank you. Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. My name is Brandon Boze. I'm the Chair of the Board of Directors of CBRE. Joining me today is Bob Sulentic, our CEO. On behalf of the rest of the Board of Directors, we are pleased to welcome you all to the 2021 Annual Meeting of Shareholders.
I will serve as Chair of today's meeting; and Larry Midler, our General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, will act as the secretary of the meeting.
