Earlier this morning, we issued a press release announcing that Aptiv had signed a definitive agreement to acquire Wind River. Today's call and discussion will focus on Aptiv's announced agreement to acquire Wind River. We will not be discussing year-end or fourth quarter 2021 results, and look forward to discussing those topics during our earnings call on Thursday, February 3.
