So I'd just like to give you a couple of thoughts. The third quarter was another quarter of solid execution for Amgen despite the macro headwinds that we're all facing out there that reflected volume-driven growth. In the inflamm portfolio, our TEZSPIRE launch continues to be strong and moving ahead for patients with severe asthma. We closed the acquisition of ChemoCentryx recently.
