Thank you very much, and good morning, everyone. I am Doug Parker, Chairman of American Airlines Group Inc., and I will be the Chair of this 2022 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. We are pleased to conduct this year's annual meeting virtually, and which will allow a greater number of our stockholders to be included and participate.
Joining us today are all members of the Board of Directors, several members of our senior management team. and representatives of KPMG, our independent public accounting firm. Our Corporate Secretary, Caroline Ray, will serve as the secretary for the meeting. I'll start with a brief review of the agenda. We're going to start by taking care of some housekeeping items, and then we'll move to the official business for today's meeting, which is consideration of the proposals described in our proxy statement.
