IRVING, Texas, June 21, 2023 /PRNewswire/ -- Today, June 21, 2023, the board of directors of Commercial Metals Company (NYSE: CMC) ("CMC") declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.16 per share of CMC common stock. CMC's 235th consecutive quarterly dividend will be paid on July 12, 2023, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on July 3, 2023.
