DREAMUNLIMITED CORP. (TSX:DRM, Financial) (“Dream”) today announced that, based on the preliminary results of Dream Office Real Estate Investment Trust’s (“Dream Office”) substantial issuer bid (the “Offer”) to purchase for cancellation up to 12,500,000 of its outstanding REIT Units, Series A (“REIT A Units”) at a purchase price of $15.50 per REIT A Unit (the “Purchase Price”) announced earlier today, Dream expects to have approximately 7.0 millionof itsREIT A Units taken up under the Offer.
