Ducommun Announces Pricing of Public Offering of Common Stock

SANTA ANA, Calif, May 15, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Ducommun Incorporated (NYSE:DCO, Financial) (“Ducommun” or the “Company”) today announced the pricing of its public offering of 2,000,000 shares of common stock (the “Offering”) at $40.00 per share for net proceeds of approximately $74.4 million, after giving effect to the underwriting discount and commission but before estimated expenses payable by the Company. Ducommun has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 300,000 shares of its common stock. The closing of the Offering is expected to occur on May 18, 2023, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
