First Foundation Inc. (NASDAQ: FFWM), a financial services company with two wholly-owned operating subsidiaries, First Foundation Advisors and First Foundation Bank, today announced Christopher M. Naghibi, who has served as Executive Vice President, Chief Credit Officer of the Bank since October 2014, will serve as Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer of the Bank, effective immediately. Additionally, Hugo Nuño, who has served as Chief Risk Officer since 2012, will serve as Executive Vice President, Chief Banking Officer, a newly created position, effective immediately.
