D. Von Gonten Engineering LLC ("WDVG"), a premier Reservoir Characterization and Geological & Geophysical ("G&G") laboratory and consulting business formed from the merger of W. D. Von Gonten Laboratories LLC and W. D. Von Gonten & Co. Petroleum Engineering Consulting.
