COEUR D'ALENE, ID / ACCESSWIRE / April 4, 2022 / Timberline Resources Corporation (OTCQB:TLRS)(TSX-V:TBR) ("Timberline" or the "Company") announces that it has filed with the TSX Venture Exchange for approval of a non-brokered private placement of up to US$8,000,000 in shares of the Company at a price of US$ 0.25 (C$ 0.31) per share solely to persons or institutions who qualify as accredited investors (the "Offering") under Rule 506(b) of Regulation D promulgated by the SEC under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the "Securities Act"). The Offering is subject to approval by the TSX Venture Exchange.
