VANCOUVER, British Columbia, July 22, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- A.I.S. Resources Limited (TSX-V – AIS, OTCQB: AISSF) (the “Company” or “AIS”) announces a non-brokered private placement of up to 37,350,000 units ("Units") at a price of $0.02 per unit for gross proceeds of $747,000. (the "Private Placement"). The proceeds will be used for general working capital purposes.
