What is the Smart Money Buying?

Bear markets are when the strong hands buy what the weak hands sell. I wanted to find out what are world's best professional investors buying now. Actions are more important than words. Using the Gurufocus All-in-one screener I screened for stocks where at least ten or more premium investment Guru's have bought and five or less Guru's have sold in the last 3 months. Gurufocus tracks 139 of the best investors I calculated the Buy/Sell ratio as number of Buys vs. Sells from the list. I got the following results.
