So apart from looking like a certain other bubble in regards to price action, what exactly does it mean?
In Feb, the S&P 500’s closing price was the 8th highest deviation above the historical mean for closes at month end!!!!
In simple non trading terms- IT LOOKS VERY OVER BOUGHT……
Being over bought, doesn’t mean it will crash, but if we do find some momentum on the DOWN side, it definitely means there is a long way to fall.
The only question is- what will the stimulus be that rocks the market?
