Okay, our next presenters are from Connecticut, obviously a global company, Terex.

Really happy to have John Sheehan, CFO; and Brian Henry, who is masquerading as an investor relations person but many years doing M&A for Terex which is a big part of the story for many years. And usual more on the acquisition side than divestitures side, but the recent news is more on the divesting side.

So with that, I'll turn it over to both of you.
