Executive Vice President of Assa Abloy and President of the division, HID Global. For those of you that do not know that division, it's a technical division that do the high-tech stuff for Assa Abloy. So he's very, very savvy in that area. He had held in Assa Abloy also the platform share technology company, which is a platform company for technology and also other operations within Assa Abloy group. And before that, he was with Saab Aerospace. He has 13 years of experience within Assa Abloy and has made a very quick career within that company. And as I mentioned, Stefan has both an engineering background but also business administration. So he has a dual degree from University [Linköping] in Sweden.

During his time -- I should also mention that he has worked abroad in the USA. It has been a -- actually, that was quite a challenging situation because it was a company that needed quite some change. As Stefan improved -- has proven within Assa Abloy that he could really lead a change process (inaudible).
