Thank you. Good morning, everybody, and welcome to our earnings call for the second quarter of 2021. I'm joined today by David Rayner, COO and CFO; Pradman Kaul, President of Hughes; Anders Johnson, Chief Strategy Officer and President of EchoStar Satellite Services; and Dean Manson, General Counsel and Secretary.

Mike Dugan, our CEO, unfortunately, could not join the call due to an illness.
