Good afternoon, everybody. Thanks for joining the Ready Capital fireside. We're delighted to have the team from Ready Capital. From Ready Capital here this afternoon, I want to introduce the management team. For those that aren't familiar with Ready, they are organized REIT specialized in originating small, balanced commercial real estate loans, small to medium size.

They've had a terrific, phenomenal track record of growth last year, probably the fastest growing REIT in my coverage universe. What's different about Ready is, first, diversification but also the other attributes they have within their organization. They own a Freddie Mac small balance originator and an under-license SBA originator. You don't really see that in the commercial space.

And I guess that they've had just a phenomenal track record of growth. And I want to welcome Tom Capasse and Andrew Ahlborn to the conference. And I want to start with, maybe, Tom giving a brief overview to investors on Ready for those who aren't familiar with the organization.
