Well, good morning. Welcome to the OSI Systems presentation. Really appreciate you coming. We have a really exciting story to share. And as of June 30 year end, we couldn't be more excited for our next fiscal year, which is about to start in about three weeks. We are sitting with perhaps the best visibility that we've ever had in our company's history, supported by a new record backlog.

So let's jump into it. So what is OSI systems? We are a security company, optoelectronics and healthcare. About half of our revenues come in the US, half outside the United States. Our biggest division by far is our security business is the fastest growing business is the one with the most significant backlog and the best visibility as we move into our fiscal 2024.

We, as a company, have a backlog of nearly $1.5 billion at the end of March, and that does not even include a very large contract that we won in April of north of $0.5 billion. So we really stand in a nice position. In the security business we tend to be number one or number two in most of the
