Good morning. On behalf of the Board of Directors and the management team of Juniper Networks, thank you for your attendance at our virtual-only annual meeting today. We expect our use of a virtual-only meeting format to be a onetime occurrence effective only for 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, obviously, and the circumstances surrounding it, and we look forward to returning to our in-person annual meeting format as soon as possible.

It's 8:00, time to call this annual meeting of stockholders of Juniper Networks. I'm Scott Kriens, the Chairman of the Board of Juniper Networks. And I'd like to introduce several members of our management team who are joining me on this virtual meeting today.
