Good morning, and welcome to the 2023 Annual Stockholders Meeting of Mobileye Global Inc. I am Professor Amnon Shashua, CEO and President of Mobileye. It is my pleasure to welcome you here today for this meeting and to introduce Mr. Pat Gelsinger, our Chairman of the Board.
