Good morning. Good morning. I think at least on most watches, not quite that clock, but it is 11:00 and more than a quorum of shareholders is present, so I declare this Annual General Meeting open.

Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the Fifth Annual General Meeting of Dixons Carphone plc. I'm very pleased that so many familiar faces can join us today, so thank you for coming.

I'll start by introducing the members of the Board, and then I'll share some reflections about our 2018, '19 performance before I hand over to Alex. So first of all, to introduce the people here. Myself, I'm Ian Livingston, and I'm the Chairman of the Board and also Chairman of Nomination Committee. Starting in the center, Alex Baldock, our Group Chief Executive who many of you will remember from last year. Next to him is Jonny Mason, our Group Financial Officer; Fiona McBain is our non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee from this year; Eileen Burbidge, on my left, is our new non-Executive Director. I'll say a few words about Eileen in a second.
