Why don't we go ahead and get started? I'd like to welcome everyone to this morning's presentation or fireside chat with Keysight Technologies. It's my pleasure to introduce, to my immediate left, Neil Dougherty, who's the Chief Financial Officer of Keysight. This is -- was actually one of our favorite names coming into 2019 for a whole host of reasons. The first of which I think is well understood, which is the 5G exposure. But more importantly, how the company has evolved, so kind of that exposure from 4G to 5G.

Secondly, I kind of like the fact that they've got these great little businesses that nobody really wants to talk about. They're not that little in industrial and the auto side of the market. And then thirdly, I've just as an analyst had a good experiences with spin-outs and I do think that companies that spin out takes several years to kind of optimize the business model around margins and cash returns.
