All right. We're good to go? All right. Thank you. All right. Good afternoon, everyone. It's my pleasure to welcome Jeff Elliott, Exact Sciences' Chief Financial Officer, to the Cowen conference. Exact Sciences had, by all measures, another great year in 2018. Sales grew over 70%. Volumes grew over 60%. You added almost 50,000 new ordering practices. And you entered into a great partnership, at least in our opinion, with Pfizer. So we believe -- we continue to believe Exact is a great company and a great stock. It also happens to continue to be one of our top diagnostic and lab techs for this year.
