My name is David Kassie, and I'm the Executive Chairman of Canaccord Genuity Group, and I will be chairing today's meeting. Seated to my left are Dan Daviau, President and CEO; and Don MacFayden, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. I would also like to welcome the other members of our executive leadership team and our Board of Directors who will be pleased to meet with any of you during the reception which follows.

I'll begin by running through the official business of the meeting. Dan will follow with a few remarks about our progress during the past fiscal year and an overview of our corporate strategy and outlook.
