Scheduling a session
To schedule a session, click on the “Schedule a Meeting” button underneath the Support tab in the GuruFocus ribbon as Figure 1 illustrates.
You will then see our Tutorial Session Calendar as Figure 2 illustrates.
Select the date that you wish to schedule the meeting and then click on one of the available time slots listed on the right. Notice that the times are in 24-hour format and in U.S. Central Time: For example, 13:00 refers to 1 p.m. Central Time.
When you click on a time slot, you will see a message saying that you successfully booked the tutorial for the said time. GuruFocus will also email you a confirmation containing the meeting time and the Zoom meeting link for the tutorial session. Figure 3 illustrates a sample “booked tutorial” screen shot.
If you are no longer able to join a meeting or simply wish to change the meeting time, you can cancel a meeting by clicking on the “booked” meeting. You will see a pop-up confirming the cancellation and a notice saying that you can reschedule the meeting at a different time.
