Thank you. Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. Welcome to the Annual General and Special Meeting of the Shareholders of Tidewater Midstream and Infrastructure Ltd. My name is Joel MacLeod, and I am the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Corporation, and I will be the Chairman for this meeting.
